General terms and conditions of sale
Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the website jadeetcompagnie, operated by Sabine Labalette, a micro-enterprise registered under SIRET number [898406509], whose registered office is located in Bapaume.

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions by the customer.
2. Products
The products offered are those presented on the website www.jadeetcompagnie.com, subject to availability.
Each product is described with the greatest possible accuracy.
Personalized items (names, colors, themes, etc.) are made to order and cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of an error on my part.
3. Price
The prices shown are expressed in euros (€) and are net (VAT not applicable – article 293B of the CGI, if you are a self-employed person).
Delivery costs are shown before final order confirmation.
Jade & Co reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed at the price in effect at the time of the order.
4. Orders
The customer confirms their order after checking their shopping cart and information.
Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation email is sent.
For personalized products, a creation timeframe is specified before shipment.
5. Customization
The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (first name, text, color, theme, etc.).
No changes will be possible after validation, except with the seller's exceptional agreement.
No claim can be made in the event of an error in the customer's data entry.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payments are secure and can be made by credit card, PayPal or any other method offered on the Shopify website.
7. Delivery
The products are shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Shipping times vary depending on the product (especially in the case of personalization).
Jade & Co cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or products made according to the consumer's specifications.
For non-personalized products, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the date of receipt.
9. Returns and refunds
No returns will be accepted for personalized products.
In case of an error by the seller (e.g., spelling mistake, product not conforming to the order), a replacement or a refund may be offered.
10. Intellectual Property
All elements of the site (texts, images, graphics, logo) are the exclusive property of [Store Name].
Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
11. Protection of personal data
The personal information collected is used solely for order processing.
In accordance with the GDPR, the client has the right to access, rectify and delete their data via the address: sabine.lab02@icloud.com
12. Applicable Law
These T&Cs are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
